Why is my account not eligible for Zelle®?
Thank you for interest in the Zelle® Person-to-Person payment service. Most Logix checking accounts include access to Zelle®, but some accounts may be ineligible. Unsupported checking account types include Teen, Business, and UTMA Checking Accounts. Other reasons an account may not be eligible for this service include (but not limited to); invalid or missing email and/or mobile phone number associated with your account (these can be updated in our mobile app or online banking), account does not meet risk mitigating criteria, account deposits or withdrawals are limited or prohibited, or the account is not in good standing.
