Mortgage Assistance

Having trouble making your mortgage payment? We’re here to help! If you’re experiencing financial hardship, it may not be too late to explore options that can help you stay in your home, even if you’re behind on your Logix mortgage.

Depending on your situation, assistance options may include: repayment plans, loan modification, as well as liquidation plans such as short sales, and deeds-in-lieu of foreclosure.

Common hardship situations may include the following:

  • Divorce or separation

Homeowners who fall behind on their mortgage payments are often targeted by scammers offering costly or misleading loan modification services. If you have questions or concerns about an offer you’ve received, please contact our Asset Recovery Services Department at (888) 718-5328 before acting.
