Are you having difficulty making your mortgage payment? Do you need assistance? It's not too late! We may still be able to help you keep your home, even if you are delinquent on your Logix Real Estate Loan. There are options available which include Repayment Plans, Loan Modification, as well as Liquidation Plans such as Short Sales, and Deeds-in-Lieu of Foreclosure.

Common hardship situations may include the following:
