Medicare is a federal health insurance program that helps cover medical costs for people age 65 and older, or younger individuals with certain health conditions. It provides important coverage for hospital care, doctor visits, and other essential services as you age.

Our trusted Financial Consultants at Logix will guide you through the Medicare process, explain your options, and help you find the plan that fits your lifestyle.

Medicare Qualification Requirements:

  • You must be at least 65 years of age
  • You must hold U.S. citizenship status for at least five years
  • You must have a qualified disability if you are under the age of 65

Understand Medicare's Four Coverage Options

Each part is designed to cover a different type of care. Here’s how they work:
Part A – Hospital Coverage
Helps pay for inpatient hospital stays, skilled nursing, hospice, and some home health care.
Part B – Medical Coverage
Covers doctor visits, outpatient care, preventive services, and medical equipment.
Part C – Medicare Advantage
All-in-one plans offered by private companies that include Part A and Part B, and often add extras like vision, dental, or prescription coverage.
Part D – Prescription Drug Coverage
Helps pay for the cost of prescription medications.
