With so many things to keep track of in our daily lives, it is easy to forget when a loan or credit card payment is coming due. We are here to help! Logix is happy to introduce text message payment reminders. By opting into text messages, you can be conveniently reminded of your upcoming loan payment 10 days before your payment is actually due.

Beginning this month, Logix will send a text message asking if you would like to opt-in or opt-out of these reminders. Replying YES ensures that you will be reminded of your payment, and each text includes a link to our fast and free online payment tool.

How do I opt-in to receive payment reminders?

Logix will be sending text messages asking if you would like to opt-in or opt-out of this service. Simply reply YES to receive monthly payment messages.

What is the frequency and timing of the text messages?
A:
On a monthly basis, members that have opted-in will receive a payment reminder text message 10 days before their due date, 3 days before their due date and 3 days after their due date, until a payment is made. If the payment is made upon receipt of the first or second reminder, the subsequent messages will not be sent. Messages will be sent Monday through Sunday, between 8:00 a.m. and noon.

What types of Consumer Loans will be part of the service?
A:
All types of Consumer Loans will be part of the service, but not all members will receive payment reminders each month. Different factors, including, but not limited to, accounts with active Auto-Pay, will not receive a payment reminder.

How can I make a payment on my loan?
A:

You can make a payment on your loan by:

  • tapping on the link in the text reminder that starts with http://r.3c.com,
  • calling Loan Resolution at (800) 532-8329, option 4 (Note, there is a $5 convenience fee to make a payment),
  • visiting our Online Banking portal,
  • visiting the payment portal,
  • or, calling our IVR (Interactive Voice Response) line at (833) 295-5594.

How do I opt-out?
A:

The first text message Logix will send will ask if you would like to opt-in or opt-out of this service. Simply reply NO if you do not want to receive monthly payment messages. You can also text back STOP at any time to end the service.

Text Alerts - There's no charge assessed by Logix Federal Credit Union, but message and data rates may apply. Please contact your carrier for details. Delivery of alerts may be delayed for various reasons, including service outages affecting your phone, wireless or internet provider; technology failures; and system capacity limitations.
