COVID-19 Hardship Relief
Many members just like you may be enduring health and financial hardships that seemed unimaginable just a few weeks ago. As your credit union and trusted financial partner, we are privileged to be in a position to help during this unprecedented event. We have been working hard at every level of our organization on a variety of member assistance programs designed to help make things a little easier on you.
We are pleased to offer:
Loan Payment Deferral Request1:
If you need to defer a consumer loan payment and extend the repayment period due to hardship, please Contact our Loan Resolution Team at (800) 532-8329, option 4.
Mortgage Loan Forbearance:
A 90-day deferral on mortgage loan payments due to hardship is also available. Please call our Member Services Center at (800) 328-5328 for information and to submit a request.2
Increased ATM Limits:
We have temporarily increased your daily ATM withdrawal limits. You do not need to do anything, simply visit any LFCU ATM or any other ATM of your choice.3
ATM Fees Waived:
We will not charge you a fee to use any ATM, even those outside of our network. No need to call us to request this fee to be waived, it will happen automatically. Keep in mind, if you use a bank that is outside of the Logix ATM and CO-OP surcharge free ATMs, that financial institution could charge you to use their ATM machine. Many of those fees are rebated through our generous Relationship Rewards program.4
Increased eDeposit Mobile Limits:
Depositing checks from the safety and comfort of your home is even easier now that we have increased the amount of the daily check deposit limit for the eDeposit Mobile through our Mobile App. Your daily check deposit limit is displayed in the eDeposits option in the Mobile App.5
Our Contact Center is available to serve you from 7 AM to 7 PM weekdays, and 9 AM to 3 PM PT on Saturdays, but keep in mind that due to extremely high call volumes, you may experience longer than usual wait times.
We continue to evaluate other beneficial actions, all with your well-being in mind. We know many members have been impacted by this event, and we are here to support you during these difficult times.
