We offer a variety of mortgage products, ranging from Fixed Rate loans and Adjustable-Rate Mortgages (ARM), to Jumbo Mortgages and No-Cost Mortgage. Call (800) 328-5328 for details or compare mortgage loans here.

Information that's needed during the pre-approval process differs for self-employed or employed individuals. A checklist of needed documents will be given at the time of the application. Documents that are needed are proof of income, proof of assets, and other documents. It takes 3-5 business days once the loan is recorded by the county.

If all documentation is provided at the time of the initial review, the pre-approval process can take as little as 1-2 business days.

Pre-approvals are good for 120 days from the date your credit report was pulled.

Closing costs can vary depending on the escrow company. These costs typically amount to 3-5% of the purchase price.

On average, closing a mortgage loan can take up to 25-30 calendar days. Closing a mortgage is dependent on all parties, like the buyer and seller, and completing all required documents to finalize the close.
