1. From your Online Banking home page, click on “Transfers & Payments” located in the header.
2. Click on “Make Transfers/Payments.”

Use the drop-down menus to select the desired accounts. Choose a fixed mortgage loan as the “Transfer To” account.

1. Delete the figure in the “Regular Amount” field.
2. Enter the desired amount of principal-only payment in the “Principal Amount” field.
3. Click on the “Continue” button.

A principal-only payment applies the entire amount to the principal balance of the loan.

Important: This does not apply funds to interest owed or advance the loan due date.

A summary of details displays.

Click on the “Confirm” button to complete your payment.

Note: This may take up to 3 business days for the system to reflect your principal-only mortgage payment.

An acknowledgement message displays as well as a summary of your transaction details.
