Redeem your World Rewards Mastercard® Points

Redeem Mastercard Rewards points for cash back, merchandise, and more.

My Rewards

  1. From your Online Banking home page, locate the My Rewards section at the lower right hand side.
  2. Click on the “Redeem Points” button.

Cashback Tiles

The Mastercard Rewards page displays.

  1. Scroll until you locate the section "Redeem Points for Cashback"
  2. Click on the tile with the desired dollar amount.

Each tile displays the required point value.

Add to Cart

  1. Use the drop-down menu to adjust the quantity (optional).
  2. Click on the "Add to Cart" button.

Note: Credit will be deposited to your savings account within 7 business days.

Checkout

Click on the "Checkout" button.

Email Address

  1. If you would like to receive an email notification, check the box on the screen and enter your email in the fields provided (optional).
  2. Click on the "Continue" button.

Review Order

Review the order information, then click on the ˝Continue" button.

Final Checkout

Click on the "Checkout" button. A confirmation message will display with the details of your order.

Shop the Catalog

The Mastercard Rewards page displays. Click on ˝Shop the Catalog" located in the header menu.

Shop Menu

  1. Click on the "Shop" menu to view all options.
  2. Click on the desired category or use the Search bar.

Select Item

Click on the tile for the desired item.

Add to Cart

  1. Use the drop-down menu to adjust the quantity (optional).
  2. Click the "Add to Cart" button.

View Cart

A pop-up window confirms the item(s) added to cart as well as the cart total points.

Click on the "View Cart/Checkout" button.

Continue

The Shopping Cart displays. Click on the "Continue" button.

Delivery Information

Review the delivery information, then click on the "Continue" button.

For any address or contact info changes, contact the Member Service Center (800) 328-5328.

Place Order

Click on the "Place Order" button. A confirmation message will display with the details of your order.
