Manage Cards
Manage your debit and credit cards directly in Online Banking. This includes freezing/unfreezing a card, reporting a card lost/stolen, and changing your PIN.

Hamburger Menu

From your Online Banking home page, click on the hamburger menu icon located in the header.

Accounts Menu

  1. Click on the “Accounts” tab to expand this menu.
  2. Click on “Manage Cards.”

Freeze Card

Click on the “Freeze Card” link.

Review & Confirm

A message displays with information about freezing your card.

Click on the “Confirm” button to complete the process.

Acknowledgement

An acknowledgement message displays. Your card has been frozen.

Report Lost / Stolen

Click on the “Report Lost / Stolen” link.

Reason & Reorder

  1. Click on the “Enter Reason” drop-down menu and select a reason.
  2. Click on the “Reorder Option” drop-down menu and select an option.

Block

Click on the “Block” button.

Acknowledgement

An acknowledgement message displays. Your card has been blocked.

  1. Click on the “Accounts” tab to expand this menu.
  2. Click on “Manage Cards.”

Change PIN

Click on the “Change PIN” link.

Select Delivery Channel

A passcode is required to complete this process.

  1. Select a Delivery Method from the drop-down menu (Text Message, Voice Call, or Email).
  2. Click on the “Continue” button to send the passcode.

Enter Code

  1. Enter the 6 digit code in the field.
  2. Click on the “Verify” button.

Important: Never share your security code. If someone asks for your code, it is a scam!

New PIN

  1. Enter your new 4-digit PIN in both fields.
  2. Click on the “Continue” button.

Acknowledgement

An acknowledgement message displays. Your PIN change was successful.
