Logix practices responsible lending, and respectful administration of the loans we grant. We recognize that there are situations in life that call for reexamination of a loan contract. If you have a mortgage or other consumer loan with Logix, read this important information.

Mortgage Assistance

Are you having difficulty making your mortgage payment? Do you need assistance?

It's not too late! We may still be able to help you keep your home, even if you are delinquent on your Logix Real Estate Loan. There are options available which include Repayment Plans, Loan Modification, as well as Liquidation Plans such as Short Sales, and Deeds-in-Lieu of Foreclosure.

Common hardship situations may include the following:

  • Loss of job or reduction in income
  • Divorce or separation
  • Death of homeowner, spouse or family member
  • Illness of homeowner or family member
  • Forced job relocation by employer

Please fill out and return our Borrower Financial Statement or Short Sale Request or contact an LFCU Loss Mitigation Counselor at 888-718-5328, extension 2494 or 2430 to discuss your situation. We are available Monday through Friday between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm PT.

Consumer Loan Assistance

Are you having difficulty making payments on your Logix vehicle loan, personal loan, credit card or line of credit?

If you are experiencing a financial hardship and would like to discuss how Logix may assist you, there are options available.

Please contact our Asset Recovery Services Department at (888) 718-5328, ext. 2053 Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.

Beware of Loan-Modification Scams!

Homeowners who fall behind on their payments will often be contacted by unscrupulous companies offering loan modification services.
