1. From your Online Banking home page, click on “Transfers & Payments” located in the header.
2. Click on “Make Transfers/Payments”.

Use the “Transfer From” drop-down menu to select the desired account:

• If an external account was already added and validated, it will appear in the “External Accounts” section
• If the desired account is not in the menu, click on “One-time transfer from an outside bank”

Note: If you wish to make a one-time loan payment with a debit card, contact our Member Service Center at (800) 328-5328

1. Complete the following fields.
2. Click on the “Continue” button.

A summary of details displays.

Click on the “Confirm” button to complete your payment/transfer.

An acknowledgement message displays as well as a summary of your transaction details.
