Add External Account
Add an account from another financial institution where you are a signer.

Transfers & Payments

  1. From your Online Banking home page, click on “Transfers & Payments” located in the header.
  2. Click on “Make Transfers/Payments.”

Add External Account

Click on the “Add External Account” link.

Logix does not permit external transfers to or from a third party or business account at another financial institution.

Receive Passcode

A passcode is required to complete this process.

  1. Select a Delivery Method from the drop-down menu (Text Message, Voice Call, or Email).
  2. Click on the “Continue” button to send the passcode.

Enter Passcode

  1. Enter the 6 digit code in the field.
  2. Click on the “Verify” button.

Important: Never share your security code. If someone asks for your code, it is a scam!

Complete the Form

  1. Complete the following fields.
  2. Click on the “Continue” button.

Add Account

A summary of details displays.

Click on the “Add Account” button.

Acknowledgement

An acknowledgement message displays with a summary of the account details and instructions for the next steps.

To complete the validation process, two small transactions will be sent to your external account. These transactions will appear within three business days.

Transfers & Payments

  1. From your Online Banking home page, click on “Transfers & Payments” located in the header.
  2. Click on “Manage Transfer Accounts.”

External Accounts

Click on the “External Accounts” tab.

Verify Account

Click on the “Verify Account” link located under the “Actions” column.

Verify Dollar Amounts

  1. Enter the dollar amounts in the “Deposit” and “Withdrawal” fields.
  2. Click on the “Verify Account” button.

These amounts should match the transactions you confirmed with your external account.

Acknowledgement

An acknowledgement message displays with a summary of the account details.

This account is now available for transfers to/from.
