The Logix Debit Mastercard®

A Logix Debit Mastercard® is a payment card linked to your Checking Account or Savings Account. It lets you access your money easily, securely, and conveniently to make purchases, withdrawal cash, and manage everyday spending.

You can get a Logix Debit Mastercard® by opening a Logix Checking Account online, by phone, or at any Logix branch. Logix Membership is required.

We offer a variety of options to activate your new Logix Debit Mastercard®:

• Activation Phone Line: You may call into (800) 932-4003 to activate your card via our automated system.
• Online Banking: You may log into Online Banking to activate your card using the following steps:
  • Click on Services. In the Card Services or Member Service box click Card Activation/PIN change by phone link and follow through the prompts.
    • If you are on our new digital banking solution, select the Menu bar located in the top-left corner. Under the Accounts section, select Manage Cards. Locate the card you wish to activate and select the option for Activate Card and follow through the prompts.
• Mobile Banking: Log into your account through the Logix Mobile Banking application. Select the More option found on the bottom right, followed by Manage Cards. Scroll through to locate the card you wish to activate, select the option to Activate Card, and follow through the prompts.
• ATM: You can visit your nearest Logix ATM to complete the activation.
• Member Service Center: You may call us at (800) 328-5328 and speak with a live representative to assist you. They are available Monday - Friday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM & Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (PT) beginning January 2026.

The Logix Debit Mastercard® offers convenient, unlimited, and fee-free access to 30,000 ATMs part of the credit union “CO-OP” network, including more than 8,000 deposit-taking locations, making it the largest network of its kind. More features include, Zero Liability ‡ protection if your card is lost or stolen, easily send money to friends and family with Zelle®, and enjoy added peace of mind with ID Theft Protection at no extra cost.

Yes. If your existing Logix Debit Mastercard® is damaged and needs to be replaced:

• You may visit your nearest Logix Branch for assistance.
• You may call into our Member Service Center at (800) 328-5328, Monday - Friday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM & Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (PT), beginning January 2026, to order a replacement through the mail.

If your existing card was lost/stolen or had fraud and needs to be replaced:

• First, block your card immediately via the mobile app, online banking or by calling our Member Service Center at (800) 328-5328.
• Second, to obtain a new Logix Debit Mastercard® you may visit your nearest Logix Branch for assistance, or call into our Member Service Center at (800) 328-5328 Monday - Friday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM & Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (PT), beginning January 2026, to order a replacement through the mail.

• Ensure the card is not expired, that you have sufficient funds in your account, and know your PIN number.
• Check for any email, voicemail or text from our Card Security Department verifying account activity. Please note, personal information will not be requested from you.
• Contact our Member Service Center, over the phone at (800) 328-5328, through chat, or through a secure email within your online banking. Our Member Service Center is available to assist Monday - Friday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM & Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (PT) starting January 2026.

There are no fees associated with using the Logix Debit Mastercard®. However, the monthly Checking Account service fees vary depending on the type of Checking Account you open.

Foreign Currency Conversion and Cross-Border Transactions: Foreign currency transactions will be converted by Mastercard into U.S. Dollars using either a wholesale exchange rate or government mandated exchange rate as selected by Mastercard on the date the transaction is processed, which may be a date different from the date the transaction occurred or was posted to your account. A Foreign Currency Conversion Fee of 0.2% is charged and added to the converted U.S. Dollar amount debited from your account. In additional, all transactions conducted or processed outside of the U.S.A. and its territories, foreign military bases, embassies, and consulates, (Cross-Border Transactions), whether conducted in foreign currency or U.S. Dollars, will be assessed a Cross-Border Fee of 0.9% of the U.S. Dollar amount, even if the transaction is initiated in the United States (such as if you initiate an Internet transaction in the United States but the merchant processes the transaction in a foreign country.). Logix Federal Credit Union has no control over the conversion rate used or fees charged by Mastercard.

Yes, you can add your Logix Debit Mastercard® to any of the 3 major digital wallets, including, Apple Pay®, Google Pay™, and Samsung Pay*.
