The Branch Teller I is responsible for assisting members in the completion of financial transactions, such as deposits and withdrawals, and other related transactions. Knowledgeably addressing member concerns and questions as well as identifying opportunities for cross-selling services and products. Also generates referrals to business partners accordingly.
Reporting to the Manager, Internal Audit, the Internal Auditor Sr. carries out the duties and responsibilities as dictated by professional standards and contributes to the Credit Union’s mission by serving a junior leadership role in the Internal Audit department. The Internal Auditor Sr. performs auditor-in-charge duties on engagements, completes higher-risk audit testing, and acts as an interim department leader when senior leadership is unavailable. Additionally, the Internal Auditor Sr. serves in a liaison role for department interactions with external auditors, regulators, officials, co-sourced internal audit partner, and other stakeholders.
The Loan Resolution Representative notifies or locates customers with mid-stage (30-49 days) delinquent loans or negative share accounts and attempts to secure payment. Answers general and escalated collection questions from members and staff regarding loan payments and past due notices. Ensures appropriate demand letters are sent to members prior to repossession and prepares and submits paperless repossession files for voluntary vehicle surrenders.

Leads and provides direction to cybersecurity engineers in the complex day-to-day operational support of hardware, software and cloud-based cybersecurity tools, while ensuring a compliant information security program.
The Manager, Enterprise Architecture manages the IT enterprise architecture team ensuring that business, application, and data perspectives are in line with the organization’s technology and governance strategies, policies, and standards.
The Financial Analyst III performs financial analysis and assistance with projects including: product & branch profitability; potential new products & services profitability analysis, budget variance analysis and budget planning; asset liability management (ALM) modeling and reporting and ad-hoc analysis supporting accounting/financial statements, records and reports.

The Programmer Analyst I is responsible for the analysis and development of software enhancements and solutions to problems submitted by users. They assist end users in the use of new and modified programs. Additionally, they assist other programmers with their design and implementations. They develop programming applications for the credit union core system, Symitar Episys, related systems, using PowerOn, Symitar’s proprietary programming language.
